If you apply, be ready for them to screw you over. I was so upset, especially since I am moving and needed the job and had literally stopped looking for other opportunities. Instead they strung me along for weeks lying to my face, while they were obviously just interviewing someone else. If they didn’t want me, they should have told me or simply waited until they knew for sure. Then after the near month of stringing me along, they called to tell me they changed their mind!! The hiring manager was instead going to take an internal hire, so they were rescinding my job offer!!! I was completely disgusted by the unprofessionalism. Every day or two I would call for updates, just thinking it was because my recruiter had literally started that month. I took a week to think about it and then over the next three weeks waited for them to get me the offer paperwork. Then I got a job offer within a day or two. They will totally screw you over! I think any hiring manager that reads this needs to seriously reevaluate their hiring techniques. What an embarassment and extremely unprofessional. Yes, they canceled the rest of my interviews and didn't give me any follow up email other than 'we will move forward'. Then hold you to one hackerrank question, and if you don't get all the test cases in the allotted time (that they show up late for) they scrap you. They ask you for 10 different fields of expertise. LOL this is what happens when you put offshore developers in charge of trying to hire. The unprofessional interviewer just said 'ok bye'. At this point I was out of time, but I told him I was confident that I had the majority of the program correct and it would work.
At the end, it was clear that I had made an error somewhere since my test cases weren't passing. I had written all the code, was confident that it worked by explaining it to him and coding it all out. He gave the the rest of the hour to finish it. The HackerRank problem was about medium difficulty. In the technical interview, the interviewer was cold, uninterested. Third, was scheduled a round of 4 interviews totalling about 4.5 hours. He grilled me on every line of my resume to make sure I was a fit. He was very professional, kind, down to earth, and friendly. She was nice and informative, gave a lot of clairty. I applied online.
